We want you to see the world clearly through your new Polaroid frames, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for all eyewear. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all protective packaging and tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely place your sunglasses and the original hard case inside the shipping box, ensuring you include the completed return form.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our quality team inspects the frames, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
